2007 Cabernet Franc, Napa Valley

Made in the traditional reserve style, we aged this Cabernet Franc for 36 months in French Oak. For added color and dark berrynotes, a small aount of Petite Sirah was blended in. We feel we have achieved in making a wonderful medium bodied wine with a plush mouth feel, and long spicy finish. This Cabernet Franc should hold up well for up to ten years.
