Harmony 3, a traditional French Bordeaux style blend, is our Flagship Wine, and made from Cabernet Sauvignon 76%, Cabernet Franc 12% and Petit Verdot 12%. This wine gives you a wonderful violet and black currant component in the nose. As you sip this wine, you experience and explosion of dark ripe cherries followed by a touch of sweet tobacco. The finish is long and graceful which is a clear indicator that this wine will age nicely. Hearty French inspired dishes will complement this wine wonderfully.
