California Wine Wafers
This recipe owned by Jiri Knedlik's family, comes from the old spa resort town of Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. Sacramento Cookie Factory is the first in the United States to offer this specialty wafer cookie. These wafers are very light in texture and delicately flavored. The Lemon Vanilla pairs well with white wines, the Mocha Chocolate pairs perfectly with red wines.
