California Wine Wafers
This recipe owned by Jiri Knedlik's family, comes from the old spa resort town of Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. Sacramento Cookie Factory is the first in the United States to offer this specialty wafer cookie. These wafers are very light in texture and delicately flavored. The Lemon Vanilla pairs well with white wines, the Mocha Chocolate pairs perfectly with red wines.

White Wine Key
This opener is a classic. We like the rubber hand grip and the small foil-cutting knife folds into the handle.

Lazy Susan
Our good friend and Wine Club member, John Ford crafted these gorgeous pieces for us. Each Lazy Susan is made from a retired Bourassa wine barrel, with a sturdy swivel base. Vic had the Bourassa logo burned in at our barrel cooperage. An incredibly beautiful piece for your table, an impressive keepsake gift!
