Vic Bourassa has been making wine since 1996 and founded Bourassa Vineyards in Napa Valley in 2001. Vic’s specialty is wine blending, his Harmony3 Red Blend is very highly rated and is made in small 300 case lots each year from very select Napa vineyards in Coombsville, Oak Knoll and Stag's Leap Sub AVA's. Vic will bring barrel samples and wine blending expertise to teaching guests how to create a Bordeaux style blend right in their glass.
